The Grotto was always a reference point for her, even in her plans.
In her silent ways, through the years of her life, she progressively assimilated the Word, until transforming it into Her, with her sweet and simple daily routine.
Her trust in the Lord and in the Virgin Mary was absolute. Her way of thinking and living was inspired by the love of God that she recognized in all things.
Passionate love for the Holy Scriptures which she always kept with her and distributed on every occasion, just as with the Holy Rosary.
She was always oriented towards God and his Word, like a compass needle and from there obtained advice to help the people who came to her.
When she prayed, everything became temporary, extendible, inopportune, and meaningless.
She expressed her Marian love with filial and intimate affection, confiding in the Virgin Mary as if She was in front of her.
The personality of this simple, humble, devoted and above all, maternal woman, profoundly affected our education, based on the love for the Eucharist, the Word of God, ordained Priesthood and an intense life of prayer.
Mother Prisca loved the apostolate and carried out her mission wherever she was, using up all her energies without ever sparing herself. She was blessed with a missionary zeal in constant growth.
One of her last prayers is meaningful: (age 77)
"Dear Virgin, thank you for still letting me work for Your Son Jesus at this age. You do not want me to be a martyr but You know that I would give my life for the Gospel."
She worked tirelessly until the end of her days, leaving us a great example and a spiritual legacy that we want to spread.
